This education exhibit and domestic animal adoption house serves to educate people about the difference between domestic animals and wildlife. Many people in Indonesia still think it is ‘fun’ to keep wildlife as pets. Mostly this is illegal (sun bears, orangutans and a myriad of other species) but in all cases wildlife is NOT suitable to keep as pets.

In this education exhibit we teach people about domestic animal care, what animals are suitable as pets, and in addition information is provided about adoption of our cats and dogs that have been abandoned at the center and that we try to rehome.
